Consider the resources you have available to you. This includes financial resources, experts/ contacts, and time available.
Develop an easy to execute plan: Once you’ve identified a potential business idea, create a business plan to help you determine if it’s viable.
Talk to experts in the industry who can provide you with advice and guidance from a different perspective.
Test your idea: Once you’ve identified a potential business idea and developed a business plan, create an MVO (Minimum Viable Offering) test your idea to see if it has potential.
Evaluate the Data: Look for trends and other insights from the sales and other insights to see how your business will be received.
Make a decision: After considering all the steps above, make a decision about whether or not to pursue the business idea and move onto the next stage of the Startup Launchpad that dives deeper.
